Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) have used their position as drug price negotiators to keep all the negotiated savings for themselves.

Ask your lawmakers to support the Pharmacy Benefit Manager Accountability Study Act (S.298/H.R.1829). It is legislation that would allow the Government Accountability Office to review the business practices of PBMs and recommend legislation that could reduce the cost of prescription drugs based on the study.  

Take action and let Congress know the making PBMs more transparent would be an important step to lower the prices of prescription drugs.
