What is it? Advocacy 101 will teach you how government polices affect rheumatology and how you can become an active and effective advocate.
Who should attend? Fellows in training, program directors, and ARP members. No prior advocacy experience is needed, but must be an ACR/ARP member to attend.
When and where is it taking place? Each May, in Washington, D.C., in conjunction with the ACR’s Advocacy Leadership Conference, giving you an opportunity to meet, network, and engage with ACR leaders.
What does it cost? Advocacy 101 is free to attend! The ACR will cover travel and lodging costs.
